Framed cel measures 15.75" wide x 13.5" high and looks outstanding! Framing and matting are in new condition. Cel and background are in excellent shape and have Cartoon Network seal in bottom right corners. Comes with both certificates of authenticity. A wonderful addition to every animation art collection!
